What is a Biosphere Reserve?

Biosphere is the part of the Earth that can maintain the life, including the air, the Earth and the oceans. It is a collective creation of a variety of organisms and species that form the diversity of the ecosystems.

According to definition of UNESCO, "the biosphere reserves are zones of terrestrial or marin ecosystems, or a combination of such, recognized in the international plane like such within the framework of the Program on the Man and Biosfera (MAB) of UNESCO"

With the set of reserves of the biosphere, the World-wide Network of Biosphere Reserves is created.
